Google Ads Management
We develop and run Google Ads for contractors and professional service businesses across Greater Los Angeles that need qualified leads now — with weekly hands-on management and conversion tracking that shows exactly what each lead costs. Leads typically start on the first week.
Every account approached individually, managed weekly, and measured against cost per lead – not impressions.
Leads in days, not months.
Live on day one
SEO compounds over months. Google Ads puts you in front of someone searching for what you do the day campaigns go live. For a contractor or professional service business with an empty schedule next week, that difference is the whole point.
Individual, not templated
We dive into your niche, your market, your audience and your competitors before we touch a setting. Existing accounts get deep structural changes where the audit says they are needed — not a teardown for the sake of it. New accounts get built around your business, never off a template.
Weekly, not monthly
Search terms reviewed, bids adjusted, losers paused, winners expanded — every week. Most agencies touch an account once a month and call it management.
Tracked to the call
Call tracking and lead attribution beyond Google’s own reporting, so every enquiry traces back to the exact campaign and search that produced it — and you know which leads came from ads and which did not.
What good Google Ads actually does
Google Ads is the only channel that puts you in front of someone actively searching for your service today — with a price attached to every lead it produces. Done properly, it tells you what a customer costs and whether that number works for your business. Done badly, it quietly spends your budget on searches that were never going to call.
Top of the page, immediately
No waiting for rankings to build. Your ad shows the moment someone searches for what you do, in the areas you actually serve.
A price on every lead
You see exactly what a call or a form costs. That single number tells you whether the channel pays for itself — and most owners have never been shown it.
Intent, not attention
These people are already looking for your service. You are not interrupting a scroll or hoping someone remembers you later.
A dial you control
Scale up for busy season, pull back when the schedule fills. Ad copy and landing pages prove themselves in days, and the search data tells you what to build organically.

How we build and manage Google Ads accounts
Most accounts do not fail because the budget is too small. They fail because nobody structured them properly at the start and nobody has opened them since. Here is what we do differently, on every account.
Individual, not templated
We audit your niche, market, audience and competitors first, then make deep structural changes based on what we actually find. Existing accounts keep what works; new accounts get built around your business, never off a template we reuse.
200+ negatives before launch
We block the irrelevant searches before they spend your money, then expand the list every week. Single-theme ad groups keep the ad, the keyword and the landing page saying the same thing — which is what lifts Quality Score and lowers your cost per click.
Attribution we build ourselves
Beyond Google’s own reporting we set up call tracking and lead attribution, so every call and form traces back to the exact campaign, ad group and search that produced it. Tracking goes in before spend — if we cannot tell you what a lead costs, we are not ready to launch.
Weekly, not monthly
Search terms reviewed, bids adjusted, losers paused, winners expanded. Every week, not once a month with a report attached.
What this looks like in practice
Commercial refrigeration — WA & TX
High-ticket emergency work where a single booked job can cover a quarter of the month’s ad budget. We rebuilt the account around how this market actually searches: single-theme ad groups, negatives before launch, ads and landing pages matched to the exact job, and full call attribution so every booked job traces back to the campaign that produced it. The account now converts at roughly four times the Google Ads search average and runs across two states under one structure.
DOT & CDL exam campaign
A medical practice with two very different buyers: pilots booking FAA medical exams, and commercial drivers who need a DOT physical this week. We split them into separate campaigns so the ad, the landing page and the booking flow all match the search, then tracked every call back to the campaign that earned it.
The numbers sit well above the benchmarks for paid search. A 40% conversion rate is roughly six times the ~7% Google Ads search average, and a 14% click-through rate runs more than double the ~6% average. At 5x return on ad spend, the campaign pays for itself several times over before a single exam is upsold.
What that did for the business: it repositioned the clinic as the region’s go-to for AME exams and opened DOT and CDL physicals as a second, steady revenue line — a segment the practice was not competing for at all before the campaigns went live.

Google Ads by industry
Every trade buys clicks at a different price, sells in a different season, and counts a different action as a win. A campaign that ignores that is how budget disappears.
Contractors & home services
Emergency work does not wait for business hours. We run 24/7 visibility with after-hours bid adjustments, because a burst pipe at 11pm is the highest-intent search you will ever pay for.
HVAC & refrigeration
Demand swings hard between heating and cooling season. Budgets get paced to the calendar, and equipment-brand keywords get their own campaigns — the terms a generic build would never surface.
Medical & dental
Ad copy has to stay compliant and call tracking has to respect patient privacy. Different procedures also carry very different margins, so they get separated rather than lumped into one campaign.
Professional services
Long consideration windows and high-value clients. The goal is a booked consultation, not a click — so campaigns are built and measured around that, across Greater Los Angeles and Orange County.
Pricing that starts where your project starts.
We’re a boutique agency by choice. Limited capacity means the clients we have get the time their accounts actually need — not a seat in a queue of dozens.
Most agencies make you sit through a sales call to hear a number. We’d rather you know before you pick up the phone. These are real starting points; what you pay depends on your market, your competition, and how much ground there is to cover. No lock-in, and everything we build is yours from day one.
