What Los Angeles business owners ask us most
can’t find your answer?
If you didn’t find the information you were looking for, don’t worry.
01
What does Fabrika actually do?
We run five things for owner-run businesses: web design, SEO, Google Ads, branding and GEO, which is optimising to be cited by AI search. Most clients start with one of them, usually the one that stops the phone ringing. We are not a full-service shop that does everything for everyone, and we will tell you when something is outside what we do well.
02
Where are you, and who do you work with?
We are based in Hollywood at 1522 Gordon St and work across the whole Los Angeles area, including the Valleys, about twenty miles east, and down into Orange County. We also take work anywhere in the US when the fit is right. Local matters most for service businesses, where the map pack and proximity decide who gets called.
03
What does it cost?
Google Ads management is a flat $750 a month. SEO starts at $600 a month. Web design starts at $3,500 and branding at $5,000. Those are starting points, not menu prices, and they move with scope. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google, never through us with a markup on top.
04
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There is no twelve-month lock-in. SEO and ads are month to month, because if the work is not producing you should be able to leave. Project work like a website or a brand build has a defined scope and timeline instead. We would rather keep clients because the numbers justify it.
05
How long before I see results?
Paid search moves first. Leads usually start in the first week, and the account gets meaningfully better around the sixty to ninety day mark once there is enough conversion data to optimise against. SEO is slower: expect movement at three months and real compounding at six to twelve. Anyone promising faster than that on SEO is selling you something.
06
Who actually does the work?
Kirill does. Your first call is with the person who runs the account, not a salesperson who hands you to a junior after signing. That is the reason the client list stays deliberately short. If that changes as we grow, you will be told who is on your account and why.
07
What kinds of businesses do you do your best work for?
Contractors and home services, HVAC and commercial refrigeration, medical and dental practices, and professional services. The common thread is a business that is genuinely good at the work and hard to find online. High-ticket jobs and long consideration windows are where our approach pays for itself fastest.
08
Can you guarantee I will rank first on Google?
No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody controls Google's ranking systems, and any agency guaranteeing position one is either lying or planning to rank you for a phrase nobody searches. What we will do is show you where you sit now, what the gap is, and what moving it is realistically worth.
09
What reporting do I get?
A monthly report that says what changed, what it produced, and what is next, in language you do not need a marketing degree to read. Calls, forms, cost per lead and where the money went. Not a forty-page dashboard export designed to look like effort.
10
What is GEO, and do I need it?
GEO is optimising so AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews cite your business when someone asks them for a recommendation. It is early, and it is increasingly where research starts. It is not a replacement for search: it is a layer on top, and it works best once the fundamentals are already in place.
11
Do I own my website and ad accounts?
Yes, always. Accounts are created under your ownership with us granted access, and the website is yours. If we part ways you keep everything, including the ad account history, which is the part that actually holds the value. Agencies that keep the account hostage are protecting themselves, not you.
12
We already have an agency. Is it worth talking?
Only if something is not working. If your current agency is producing, stay with them. If you cannot get a straight answer about what your money bought last month, that is worth a half-hour conversation. We will give you an honest read on whether the problem is the agency, the strategy, or the market.
13
What happens on the first call?
About thirty minutes. What the business does, what you have already tried, and what it costs you when the phone does not ring. If there is a fit, we look at your competitors and your search position before proposing anything. You get scope, cost and what it should produce. No obligation.
