What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name, the budget range you select, and anything you write in the message field. When you call us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call.
We only ask for what we need to reply to you and work out whether we are a fit. There is no newsletter signup on this site and no account to create.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and troubleshooting, not by us for marketing.
What we do not do
As of the date above, this site runs no analytics platform, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking or session-recording tools. We do not build advertising profiles of visitors to this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and this section before turning anything on.
Cookies
This site sets only strictly necessary cookies — the ones WordPress and our caching layer use to load pages correctly and to let the enquiry form submit securely. They hold no personal information about you and are not used to build a profile.
We set no analytics, advertising, remarketing, social or session-recording cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Because strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under California or EU rules, this site shows no cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, a banner will appear before they are set and you will be able to decline.
Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and your IP address is visible to them. No cookie is set by that connection.

How we use your information

Who else sees it
Your information is handled by the small number of service providers we use to run the business, and only so they can perform that service for us. That includes our web host, our email provider, and the scheduling tool we use to book calls. These providers are bound by their own contractual and legal obligations and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Client data
If you are a client, we may have access to systems and data belonging to your business, such as advertising accounts, analytics properties, or a website that holds information about your own customers. We process that data on your instructions, for the purpose of delivering the work, and we do not use it for anything else. Where that data includes personal information about your customers, you remain the controller and we act as your processor.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years, so we recognise you if you come back. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and then for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period on a rolling basis by our host.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and access to our systems is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. Please do not send sensitive information such as passwords, card numbers, or identification documents through the enquiry form.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Call us on (323) 897-1129 or use the enquiry form and we will handle it.
California residents
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right to know, delete, and correct applies and we will honour it. We do not knowingly process the sensitive personal information categories defined by that law.
You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will need to verify the request before acting on it, which usually means confirming details that match what we already hold.
If you are in the EU or UK
Our lawful bases are your consent when you submit an enquiry, our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, performance of a contract once we work together, and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to object to processing, to request portability, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to our social profiles, to client websites, and to case study material. Once you follow a link, you are subject to that site’s privacy policy, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
